30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your CompliWorx subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
email us at support@compliworx.com and we will help process the request.

Subscription renewals follow the same 30-day window from the renewal billing date.

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
