What is CompliWorx?
CompliWorx is a compliance management platform built for construction, trucking, and trades SMBs. It tracks CDLs, OSHA cards, crane certs, medical cards, COIs, and DOT inspections in one place — with 30-day expiration alerts.
How much does CompliWorx cost?
CompliWorx starts at $29/month for the Starter plan (5 workers). The Crew plan is $49/month for 20 workers and 50 assets. The Operations plan is $99/month for 50 workers and 150 assets. An Individual Worker plan is $5/month. All plans include a 14-day free trial.
What happens when a certification expires?
CompliWorx sends email and in-app alerts at 90, 60, 30, 14, and 7 days before expiration. The compliance dashboard shows red/yellow/green status so you can see at a glance what needs attention.
Can workers upload their own documents?
Yes. Workers get a self-service portal on mobile or desktop. They upload photos of their certs, and admins review and approve them. This cuts admin time by 80% compared to chasing paperwork.
Does CompliWorx work offline?
Yes. CompliWorx is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Install it on any phone and it works on job sites with no cell signal. Data syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
Is CompliWorx DOT-compliant?
Yes. CompliWorx generates DOT-ready audit reports in CSV format that inspectors accept. It tracks Driver Qualification Files (DQF), vehicle inspections, and medical cards per FMCSA regulations.
What is a QR verification badge?
Each worker and vehicle gets a unique QR code. Inspectors, general contractors, or safety managers scan the code to verify all certs are current — no login required.
How do I migrate from spreadsheets?
Use the bulk CSV import tool. Download the template, fill in your worker and asset data, upload it, and CompliWorx validates every row. Most crews are fully migrated in under an hour.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA), role-based access control, and a full audit log of every action.
Does CompliWorx integrate with other tools?
CompliWorx offers a REST API with API keys. You can connect HR systems, fleet management tools, or scheduling software. More native integrations are on the 2026 roadmap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no annual contracts. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
